1. Open the Services Manager by running services.msc.
2. Look for Windows Modules Installer or the TrustedInstaller service.
3. Double-click on it and make sure that the Service is Started. If not press the Start button. Its startup type has to be set to Manual, by the method.
No you can try run sfc /scannow and check if it works.
