If you get Windows Resource Protection could not start the repair service, when you go on to Run System File Checker in Windows 10, then this video could help you.

1. Open the Services Manager by running services.msc.
2. Look for Windows Modules Installer or the TrustedInstaller service.
3. Double-click on it and make sure that the Service is Started. If not press the Start button. Its startup type has to be set to Manual, by the method.
