The Fitbit Versa 2 smartwatch is loaded with features and functionality that make it great for doing more than just tracking your health. However, as with all technology, the Fitbit Versa 2 is prone to its fair share of issues, such as problems syncing, not responding to tapping or swiping, not tracking steps or other information appropriately, and more. If you experience these or other issues, a good first step for troubleshooting is to simply restart your Fitbit Versa 2.

Now let's walk through the steps to restart your Fitbit Versa 2 smartwatch.

Hold down the "Power" button located along the left edge of your Fitibt Versa 2 for roughly eight seconds. The screen will immediately go blank for a few seconds. The Fitbit logo will appear for roughly five seconds. After that, the logo will briefly flicker and the Fitbit Versa 2 will vibrate quickly before you land on your home screen, indicating that you've successfully restarted your Fitbit Versa 2 smartwatch.
