While the Fitbit Versa 2 has an awesome battery life, you may find yourself in a pinch where your smartwatch is low on power and you're not near a charger. If you need to preserve your battery life for a specific purpose, you do have the ability to turn your device off.
Now let's walk through the steps to turn off your Fitbit Versa 2.
Step 1. Swipe from right to left across your Fitbit Versa 2 screen until you see the Settings app, and then tap the "Settings" app. The Settings menu is displayed.
Step 2. Scroll down the Settings menu and then tap "About." The About menu appears.
Step 3. Scroll down the About menu and then tap "Shutdown." A Shutdown screen appears, asking if you want to turn off your Fitbit Versa 2. Tap "Yes." Your device will be powered down immediately. When you want to restart your Fitbit Versa 2, you'll need to press the "Power" button on the left side of the device. You'll see the Fitbit icon appear on the screen for roughly five seconds. After that, the logo will briefly flicker and the Fitbit Versa 2 will vibrate quickly before you land on your home screen.
