WARNING: Discharge arcade monitor should be done carefully and you should always proceed with caution. If you don't feel comfortable with the process or you're unsure, call a local arcade tech for help. A CRT can carry a charge even when the display or system is turned off, and can build up a secondary charge after the power is removed.
