Follow the steps below to schedule a Zoom meeting:
1. Navigate to https://zoom.us in the browser on your computer or phone.
2. Log in to your Zoom account.
3. Once logged in, select My Account.
4. Once in your account, select Schedule A Meeting.
5. Fill in the meeting information including meeting topic, description, time, date, time zone, meeting password, video settings, audio settings, meeting security, and adding an alternative host.
6. Once you have entered the information, select Save at the bottom of the screen to schedule the Zoom meeting.
7. You can now add the meeting to your calendar or copy the invitation to send it.
