To send a game invite to your friends in GTA 5 online, follow these steps:

Press the Escape button on your keyboard or the equivalent button on your console to open the menu.
Navigate to the Friends section and select the friend you want to invite.
Click on Invite to Game to send the invitation.
If you want to join a friend’s game session, follow these steps:

Press the Options button on your console and go to the Friends tab.
Select the friend you want to join and choose the option to Join Game.
Confirm the prompt to save your progress and load the other session.
