Coinbase is a great place to buy and sell bitcoin; If you are willing to invest in cryptos like Bitcoin, Ethereum, or Litecoin but don't want to worry about whether the price will go up or down and stay on top of the market. Whenever there is a large swing in price over a short period of time, you'll receive a price alert to notify you.
You can set price alerts so that you get notified when the price of a coin goes up or down.
These are the guidelines you should follow:
1. Tap on coinbase app in your mobile menu
2. Log in to your coinbase account
3. Tap on Prices at the bottom of the homepage
4. Tap on the Notification icon at the top right corner
5. Tap on the Gear icon right next to the notification panel
6. Tap Price alerts under customize notifications
7. On the preferences option, you can select Push alert to your phone or alert in-app, Enable the button at the right
By following the above steps, you will now receive automatic price alerts whenever there is movement in a specific cryptocurrency. But remember, you'll receive alerts only in assets that are on your watchlist.
