Tactical watches:
Equip watches into a quickslot and inspect them (press "R" key) then look at watches and press "F" key to cycle through various modes (position, navigation). Watches will retain its selected mode once out of the quickslot.

Satellite Navigation:
Put navigation device into your inventory quickslot, inspect it (press "R" key), look at device and press and hold "F" key to activate, then check the coordinates against your map (press "M" key).

Rangefinder:
Press "B" to equip binoculars, hold "R" key for two seconds to estimate range.
