How to Set Up Game Sharing & Gold Sharing on Xbox One!
8,814Comments have been disabled due to the mass amounts of questionable users asking to Game Share. Only Game Share with trusted friends and family, not some random person in a comment section of a video!
This tutorial aims to show you how to easily set up Gold Sharing/Game Sharing on the Xbox One, both are included as this method will automatically set up both for you. This is also a feature which is actually built into the Xbox One itself and is mainly put in place for families with multiple consoles in one home. A few things to keep in mind:
Limit: You can only set ONE Xbox One console at a time as your "Home" console per account. For this to succeed you will need to set the other console as a "Home" console but your own console must be online for you to play downloaded titles.
Game Sharing: Once this method is complete, you can sign into your own account and any digital games or DLC which belong to other users who have assigned your own Xbox as a Home Console will have their digital titles show up under your games which you can download. You have to go to "My games & apps" and then go all the way over to the titles which you have access to but have not downloaded. The games will all work as long as the account that owns the content keeps your Xbox as a Home Console!
Gold Sharing: If a user which has assigned your console as a Home Console has an active Xbox Live Gold membership, any other account signed into that Xbox will be able to play online. This does NOT add Gold to other Free membership accounts, this only enables them to play online on the console which has a Paid user assigned to it as a Home Console.
