Let's Talk About FTC Disclosure - What's the Proper Practice?
18Paid content has always been a thing on the Internet, both off an on YouTube. However the problem is that many people accept review samples from companies, or are paid by companies to promote products in some way, but have no idea they're breaking a critical law or guideline! The worst is when there are people who are aware of proper disclosure but do not mention their relationship with the company they are working with.
With recent events which have unfolded on YouTube, this has brought FTC disclosure to a new light. Although I am not a professional in this sense, I feel like I have a grasp on what can and cannot be classified as proper disclosure.
