Download the app from your app store and open it on your mobile device.
Tap on the ‘Give Access’ option in order to allow Xoom to send you timely notifications.
Tap on the ‘Signup with Pay Pal’ option.
After doing so, Select the country/ region and enter the phone number. Tap on ‘Next’ after doing so.
After verifying your identity through a verification code, enter the required credentials and get signed up for your Xoom Money Transfer account.
