!!UPDATE!!: Trying to keep up to date with Oculus changes, a lot of people have said they cant even see a settings menu in the app anymore, that's because Oculus removed it 😮 I looked into this and what you want to do is go to your 'Devices' tab in the Oculus app on your phone and it will just straight up have a 'developer mode' button right there, seems they simplified it since this video was made 👍
