In this video I smoke a brisket for 16 hours! I live out in Texas and this is a certified mesquite smoked Texas style brisket! Watch along to figure out how it’s done! The only thing I didn’t mention is that the ideal smoker temperature is 225 and you need to maintain that the whole time!
