I demonstrate how to defeat Magtheridon as an 85 rogue for patch 5.1 Landfall. I used the following gear: http://www.wowhead.com/profile=35167874

Spec: Combat
Poisons: Deadly, Leeching
Glyphs: Adrenaline Rush is the only one that matters. I did not have improved leeching either.
Talents: Combat Readiness, Leeching Poison, Preparation
Buffs: Any food with stam + agility, any flask with AP or agi, or any elixir/scroll with agi

Rotation after channelers dead:
SnD, Recoupe, Revealing Strike, Expose Armor, Rupture. Defensive/offensive skills when off cooldown.
