How to STORE and PROTECT Your Video Games Collection! (Easy Access, UV and Dust Protected)
28"Thanks" to a sad realization while looking through and enjoying my video collection I had to make some changes in how I store and protect my video games. I wanted to move away from the classic shelf situation to find a long-term solution that fulfills the following criteria:
1. EASY ACCESS: I still like to PLAY my video games, so they must be easy to access. No "plastic tubs under the bed" situation!
2. UV and DUST PROTECTION: They must be protected from the sun to prevent fading and damage over the long term. Keeping them away from dust is also important to prevent the need of constant cleaning.
3. MOVABLE: I lost a bunch of CD cases to my last move. The storage solution must be easy to pack up and move around whenever I want.
And MOST IMPORTANT OF ALL: The games must stay COMPLETE! I don't want to throw away any of the cases! Seriously, YouTube vloggers talking about DVD and CD storage, what is WRONG with you?!? Throwing away the cases because you can "buy new ones"? You're NEVER GOING TO DO THAT and these discs will stay loose forever! Sorry, mini-rant over.
