How to Switch Off Driving Mode in Google Maps on Android
243In this video, I'm going to show you how to turn off driving mode in Google Maps on Android. Sometimes it's quite annoying when your phone automatically goes into driving mode when your phone is connected to Bluetooth or for some other reason. So, I'm going to show you how to turn that off.
Now, first thing you want to do is head to your Google Maps app. And in the top right hand corner, tap on your profile picture. And then once you've done that tap on the settings icon, now scroll down a little until you see the setting where it says, navigation settings.
Scroll down a little more and you'll see Google Assistant settings. Now, in here, as you can see, I have it all switched off. But if you did have any of these switched on, For example, when connecting your car to Bluetooth, it would automatically launch driver mode, just make sure that you turn all of these off.
