A semi-continuation of what I was talking about in the previous video, and how am I going to approach exercising, (working out, training and moving my body in general) to avoid sounding like someone who's trying to lecture people with no real education focused on the body, since I am just someone who's been doing that from when I was six, but purely for myself.
