Test the battery without running engine. https://youtu.be/tT26IZ3XYsc
Test the battery while running engine, it should be about 14 voltage.
Test the battery again with 4000 rotations, it should be the same as before.

Battery:

Standard Voltage: 12 V
Charging Voltage: 14V
