I quick tutorial for new players (or a refresher for veterans) to show you how to throw stuff in DayZ, as it is a bit over-complicated and easy to forget if you don't do it often enough.
On PC Mouse & Keyboard, you tap G to go into the throwing stance, click & hold left mouse button to "wind up" the throw, then release your mouse button to throw.
On Xbox & PlayStation, double tap X / Square to change to throwing stance, then hold in your gamepad right trigger to "wind up" your throw, then release.
