This tutorial will teach you how you may translate J2ME games that have their text strings stored in compiled text files through a Hex editor on Mobile, this may require more work and patience than it would be on PC, but it's possible.
The same procediments can apply for PC as well, but I'm planning on creating PC specific tutorials in the near future
