Lobby can be used for logging off safely with Transport to Lobby button and for travelling to other tiles.
I will show you how to log off safely in lobby, how to travel, how to mark walker as preferred so it doesn't burn, how to embark and disembark if you want to spawn without walker, how to check how many players are on tiles, what is sold in trade stations, which clan walkers are on which tiles, how to check how much water you need for the trip, why you can't travel if you have full sand in the gears, how to clear sand in the gears etc.
