One of the most hilarious things that can happen to you in the Outer Worlds can trigger if you do really stupid stuff. We are talking about Flaws, which impact the stats of your character for life. Here I am going to show you how to unlock one of these flaws. In order to trigger this, you need to receive fall damage a couple of times by jumping from roofs or high places or damage yourself by trying to cross a lava river. Doing it a lot of times will grant you the Permanently Crippled Flaw. With this, your legs have been damaged too many times, and your movement speed has now been permanently lowered. The effects are -30% movement speed and being unable to dodge. The reward for accepting this flaw is 1 perk point that you can use to upgrade your abilities. This is a big of a trade-off and the difference is quickly noticeable, but I am planning on accepting as many flaws as I can to make the game more challenging.
