I talk about tuning with the 4 fine tuners, resetting your fine tuners if they have gone too far in or out, then tuning with a digital tuner, and then tuning in 5ths.

PLEASE NOTE: there are other tuners, but most (cheaper ones) are just not accurate enough and thats what you need to pay for. That, plus the positining of the tuner, which you need to watch out for.

Fiddlerman violins are the only violins I currently recommend. You can choose the violin to suite you depending on your budget.
