To turn off friend requests on Xbox Series X, you can change your privacy settings so that only friends or no one on Live can view your profile. Here are the steps to follow:

Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide.
Select your profile picture in the top-left corner of the screen.
Select “Settings” from the drop-down menu.
Select “Privacy & online safety.”
Select “Xbox Live privacy.”
Select “View details & customize” under “Communication & multiplayer.”
