To hide your activity feed on Xbox Series X, you can follow these steps:

Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide.
Go to Profile & system - Settings - General - Online safety & family.
Select Privacy & online safety - Xbox privacy - View details & customize - Game content.

Choose the desired setting under Others can see your captures on Xbox.
You can also hide a post in your activity feed by following these steps:

Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide, and then select Home.

Select Friends & Community Updates.
