To allow captures to upload to OneDrive on Xbox Series X, please follow these steps:

Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide.
Navigate to Profile & system and select Settings.
Select Preferences and then Capture & sharing.
Under Automatic uploads, enable You can upload captures to Xbox Live.
Click Submit.

After following these steps, you should be able to upload your captures to OneDrive. If you’re still having trouble, you can try logging out and in of your Xbox and OneDrive, or check if you have enough free cloud storage to store your game clips and screenshots
