Steps:
- Open the app store from the doc, if the app store is not in your doc you can get to it in the launchpad.
- With the app store open and selected, tap ‘app store’ in the top left of the mac screen.
- Choose ‘preferences’ from the menu that appears.
- Check the checkbox to the left of ‘automatic updates’.
- Apps from the app store will now automatically update.
