Steps:

- from the dashboard of PS5, move to the top and then go to the right until you get to settings and open them.

- In settings, open ‘users & accounts’.

- Select ‘account’

- Now select ‘security’.

- In security settings, select ‘sign-in ID’.

- This shows your current email address. To change it, edit the email address here and then tap continue.

- You will receive an email with a confirmation link that you will need to click.

- Once you have done that your PS5 email will have changed and you will need to login to your account to continue.
