How to Turn On or OFF Adaptive Brightness on Android Phone (Settings Tutorial)
Adaptive brightness is a feature on Android phones that automatically adjusts the screen brightness based on ambient light conditions. If you’d like to enable or disable it, here are the steps:
Using the Settings Menu:
Open the Settings app on your Android phone.
Scroll down and select Display.
Look for the Adaptive brightness option.
Toggle it on or off according to your preference.
You can also manually adjust the brightness level if needed.
Close the Settings app.
Quick Settings Method:
Swipe down from the top of your screen to fully expand the Quick Settings panel.
Tap the three-dot icon beside the brightness bar.
Choose Adaptive brightness to turn it on or off.
Remember that turning off Adaptive brightness allows you to manually set a fixed and stable screen brightness level. Feel free to choose the method that works best for you!
