How to Change your Profile Name on Steam Deck (Fast Tutorial)
1To change your profile name on your Steam Deck, follow these steps:
1. Open the Steam Menu:
Press the Steam button on your Steam Deck to bring up the main menu.
2. Go to Your Profile:
Scroll down and select Profile from the menu.
3. Edit Profile:
Once your profile page opens, press the "Edit Profile" button located near the top right of the screen.
4. Change Your Profile Name:
In the Edit Profile section, you’ll see a field labeled Profile Name.
Delete your current name and enter the new profile name you want to use.
5. Save Changes:
Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click Save to confirm the changes.
Your new profile name will now be displayed on your Steam account, and it will be visible to your friends and other players across Steam, including on your Steam Deck.
