To change your cover image on your PS5 profile, you can follow these steps:

From the home screen, click on your profile picture on the top right of the screen.
Select “Profile” and choose “Edit Profile” (represented by a pencil icon on the right side of the screen).

Scroll down to “Cover Image” and select “Change Image”.
You can choose from the available images or select “Select Image” to upload an image from your PS5 capture gallery.
If you want to set a custom background image, you can do so by taking a screenshot of an image you like from the internet using the PS5 web browser and then downloading it. Here’s how:

Go to the PS5 web browser and search for an image that you like.
Once you find an image, take a screenshot of it by pressing the “Create” button on your controller.
Open your PS5 capture gallery and select the screenshot that you just took.
Click on “Edit” and crop the image to fit your screen.
Save the edited image and go back to your profile settings.
Scroll down to “Cover Image” and select “Select Image”.
Choose the edited image from your capture gallery.
