In order to unlock the Silk and Soul Wish, players will first need to complete every possible Wish, including the ones on the wishboards in Songclave, Bonebottom, Bellhart, and The Citadel. After doing so, they'll need to speak with Pavo in Bellhart to be awarded their very own Bellhome, which can be found at the top of the area. Finally, they'll need to collect at least 25 fleas and then get Fleamaster Mooshka to move the flea caravan three times so that it ends up in the Putrefied Ducts area. With all that done, they can head over to Songclave and speak with the Caretaker, who'll share his plan to bring an end to Grand Mother Silk's reign of terror once and for all.
