1. Find out how many KOs you have by going to vault - stats
2. Subtract 200 from that number
3. Set the stock count to the number you got in step 2 and divide that by 3 (you're going to be taking out that many cpus since you're playing against 3 cpus)
4. Set the cpus to 300%, put them on the same team so they dont kill each other and after that you should unlock additional rules.

for me i had 127 kills so i needed 73 more. so i put the stock count to 25. with 3 cpus i would get 75 killls enabling me to hit the 200 mark and unlock the additional rules.
