The Druid's Spirit Boons system unlocks at level 15, at which point players will be directed to Túr Dulra, a Stronghold in Scosglen. Note however that the Stronghold's difficulty is set to level 25. To gain access to the Spirit abilities, a short unique class quest must be completed called "Spirits of the Lost Grove".

This quest becomes available once you clear the Stronghold and restore the town. You will also notice from reaching level 15 as Druid that monsters/mobs start dropping flasks. Just collect them as you play, once you complete the special class quest you will find four blue animals at the Druid Grove of Tur Dulra you simply pay tribute to these animals which require 100 flasks each to unlock the various boon of each Spirit Animal.

After which you can pick which boon you want to use at any given time, you can activate two boons at a time from the 16 total Spirit Animal Boons.
