Pre-requirement
1. You have to complete last episode of Living World Season 4 Story, "War Eternal".
2. You have to complete 4th episode of Living World Season 4 Story, "A Star to Guide Us" chapter 3 to access Sun's Refuge.
3. Prepare 12 Pieces of Skyscale Food. You can buy it at Trading Post for 26g.
4. Max level your Jackal. You need Sand Shifting skill on your Jackal.
5. Complete 10 events around Respective Camps to unlock required Merchant. You will need it for completing your first Skyscale Achievement.
6. After all things are ready, go talking with Gorrik at Dragonfall. That will unlock your first Skyscale Achievement.

- Raising Skyscale: On Skyscale Care Achievement you must feed your skyscale 12 times. But you only can feed her 4 times a day, so you will need 3 days.
Step 2
- Doing Season of Dragon Achievement from "Return to Domain of Istan" to "Return to Dragonfall":
This is the important thing. While you feed the young skyscale for 3 days, you can also doing Season of Dragon Achievement from "Return to Domain of Istan" to "Return to Dragonfall", for obtaining maps currency, 250 each.
