CMD Commands used in the video
ipconfig /flushdns
netsh winsock reset
netsh int tcp set global autotuninglevel=normal (This will enable TCP auto-tuning)
netsh int tcp set global congestionprovider=ctcp (nable the Compound TCP congestion provider)
