How to Upgrade to Windows 11 with Unsupported Hardware

[Synopsis]
Hardware used was a Dell XPS 9000/Dell/ 435T, and this computer doesn't have TPM 2.0 or a UFEI BIOS. Technically, this computer doesn't meet the hardware requirements to upgrade to Windows 11. This computer was released in 2009 with a I7-920 or 1st generation I7 processor, but it was upgraded to a hexa-core Xeon W3680 processor. Never the less, this computer is still outdated, but you could can upgrade to Windows 11 with this hack.
The only processors that meet the hardware requirements are 8th generation core I3/I5/I7 processors or greater for Intel. Anything less than a 8th gen core Intel processor are not supported.

[Procedure]
1. Go to regedit.
2. Go to "Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\Setup\MoSetup"
3. Go to MoSetup
4. Right click and new - DWORD (32-bit) Value
5. Name it "AllowUpgradesWithUnsupportedTPMOrCPU"
6. Edit and Set
Value data: 1
7. Download Windows 10 ISO.
8. Open the Windows 10 ISO file, and copy the files to another directory.
9. Go to the Sources folder.
10. Find the appraiserress.dll file.
11. Backup the appraiserress.dll file.
12. Copy another appraiserress.dll file to another folder, and edit it.
13. Use Notepad to edit it.
14. Go to edit and find.
15. Search anything with "TPM" and "UefiSecureBoot", and delete any files associated with it.
16. Save the appraiserress.dll file, and put it into the Windows 10 folder.
17. Run setup.
