To get a credit for every order, you'll need to have updated your delivery instructions.
The easiest way to do this is probably to go to your Orders (once you have placed one) and click the option to update your delivery instructions from there.
Once, the driver inevitably fails to follow the instructions, you can contact Amazon Customer Service to request a credit for the error.
(NOTE: this approach seems to work with Amazon products only and note with products/deliveries from third party sellers.)
