F1 Manager (Save File) Database Editor is an excellent tool to:
- Transfer Drivers from one team to another / remove them from the grid altogether.
- Edit Driver Stats, including aggression & development rate.
- Custom Calendar, to delete or add tracks (within the game only), swap them and even have sprint and ATA race weekends as you please.

Firstly, thanks to the author who made this tool so easy to use and understand, his links are:

STEP 2:
Software to download:
[REQUIRED] Python: https://www.python.org/downloads/
[REQUIRED] NodeJS: https://nodejs.org/en/download
[OPTIONAL] GitHub: github.com
[OPTIONAL] Git: https://github.com/git-guides/install-git
[OPTIONAL] 7zip: https://www.7-zip.org/download.html

STEP 3:
LOCATE the Save Files:
C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\F1Manager23\Saved\SaveGames
For those who may not be able to see the folder "AppData", don't worry, simply click on: View - Show & Click Hidden Items.

STEP 4:
Copy the Located Save Files to the downloaded & extracted file folder.
[RECOMMENDED TO RESTART PC / LAPTOP]
Then, simply run the editor.

STEP 5:
Once done with the editor, you can either:
- Copy the edited save file back to it's original location (Before doing that, HAVE BACKUPS) OR,
- Simply rename the save file, Eg. "save2" to "save3"
[NO MATTER WHAT YOU DO, ALWAYS HAVE BACKUPS]

STEP 6:
Well, now simply run the game & load up the save. You'll also notice the changed timing / date on the save file before loading it up, indicating it has been modified. Or if you've renamed the save file in the database folder and then copied it, you'll see a new save slot with the updated timing.

NOTE: The version I've used is 1.3 where the latest feature was custom calendar. According to the author / developer himself, the next one will be 1.4 where we could edit the engine stats.

UPDATE: There's a newer version released by the developer and there's a step by step guide for it too. Here's the link: https://github.com/IUrreta/DatabaseEditor/wiki/Installation-and-set‐up-guide
