There are only a few things you need to do this;
3.5mm Standard Microphone or Headset
A 3D Sound card similar to the one shown in this video
Optional:
3.5mm Extension Cable
Sony Playstation Cable (Composite or Component will work)

Note: The Game sound will NEVER come through the 3D Sound Card, only voice will come through the audio port. The Sound Card is for Microphone only. If you want the voice separate from game sound (for recording purposes or whatever) then set the Output to System Default.

The 3D 5.1 Surround Sound Card will also work with this.
