How To Use Compositing with Your Green Screen | Full Sail University
Our team of Full Sail students are getting ready to finish their Star Wars fan film. Relying on green screens for their small budget, they’ll have to use compositing tools to help fill in the blanks and clean up the film to make it seamless. Film instructors Juan Diaz and Pedro Flores tap into their industry experience to take all the elements shot by the team and put it together to make it look like it was filmed with one camera. Juan and Pedro show us how tools such as After Effects can pull out keys for color management, edge detailing, adding the background by color editing, and wrapping it up with final grading. Using additional tools such as Chroma Key Keylight in After Effects they give the film a complete and realistic look. Stay tuned to see how the final product turns out!
