How to Use Internet Connection Sharing on Windows 10
Having continuous access to the internet has become a necessity in modern-day life. Consequently, the first thing you check whenever you visit a new place is the availability of a Wi-Fi access point to keep you connected whether on a PC, tablet or smartphone. In some cases, you will only find a wired connection where you can only connect a single PC. Fortunately, whether you are using a cellular, ethernet or wireless connection, Windows 10 allows you to share the internet connection with your other devices.
Hotels, virtual offices, and other locations provide a single wired Ethernet connection. To share that internet connection with several devices, use the Mobile Hotspot feature in Windows 10, or the built-in internet connection sharing (ICS) feature in Windows 8 and Windows 7, to allow other computers or mobile devices to go online.
This tutorial will apply for computers, laptops, desktops, and tablets running the Windows 10 operating system (Home, Professional, Enterprise, Education) from all supported hardware manufactures, like Dell, HP, Acer, Asus, Toshiba, Lenovo, and Samsung).
