55Adobe Photoshop CC 2015 just got its summer update to 2015.5 - breaking a lot of plugins and such, but adding some really cool features!
One of these features is the new "Liquify Face" tool - allowing eye-bulging effects to be a lot more simple! You can even use it for videos!
