How To Control Camera With S Pen On Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 / S10 Ultra:
Step 1: Launch the settings app on your Galaxy Tab S10 and navigate to the "Advanced Features" menu. Here, find and tap on the "S Pen" option.
Step 2: Here, you'll find the option "Air Actions". Tap on it and make sure the switch is toggled on.
Step 3: Scroll down and locate the "Press and Hold Pen Button". Make sure it is set to "Camera", to enable the S Pen as a camera remote. Once activated, you're ready to start shooting remotely.
Step 4: Under the 'App actions' section, select "Camera" to see the app actions to use on your S Pen. A long press to launch the Camera app, a single Press to take a picture or record & stop a video, a double press to switch cameras and a couple of other gestures for different functions.
The function might vary slightly depending on your current camera mode.
Step 5: With the camera remote feature enabled, you can now use your S Pen to trigger the shutter and start recording videos remotely. Simply press the button on the S Pen once to capture a photo, or to begin recording a video.
Step 6: Press and swipe left or right to switch between different shooting modes. To toggle between front and rear cameras press and swipe upwards or downwards.

Some Air Actions can be customized for different camera controls:
Draw a circle in the air (clockwise or counterclockwise) to zoom in or out.
To customize these go to Settings and select "Advanced Features". Here, select "S Pen" and choose "Air Actions".
Now tap on "Camera" and assign different gestures to specific camera functions.
