How To Write Text With S Pen On Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 / S10 Ultra:
Step 1: Launch the settings app on your Galaxy Tab S10 and navigate to the "Advanced Features" menu. Here, find and tap on the "S Pen" option.
Step 2: Here, you'll find the option "S Pen To Text". Tap on it and make sure the switch is toggled on. Now, anywhere you can type, you’ll be able to write as well.
You can use the S Pen to write instead of typing in most input fields, including Samsung Notes, Messaging apps like WhatsApp, Google Messages or Samsung Messages, Browsers (for searching), Email apps and Word processors like Microsoft Word or Google Docs.
Step 3: Once you enable S Pen To Text, you can also tap on the toggle for "Show Writing Toolbar" to enable or disable it, according to your preference.
Step 4: Tap any text field where you’d normally type. Use the S Pen to write naturally in that space. The tablet will convert your handwriting into digital text automatically.
The recognition is quite accurate, and it even supports cursive handwriting and multiple languages.
Step 5: Select the keyboard icon highlighted in blue to reveal more options. Use the Emoji icon to add emoji, the spacebar icon to add a space between words, the backspace icon to delete and the keyboard icon to bring up the floating keyboard.
Depending on where you're typing, the last option will either be a search icon or a send icon.
If the Writing toolbar is not available, you can enable it in the S Pen settings.
