i hope that this tutorial helps you all out!
commands used:
wine cmd
You have to have wine installed in order for this to work. otherwise, if you don't have wine installed, it will give you an error when you type wine cmd in your terminal. on your chromebook, you have to have linux apps enabled on your device in order to get the terminal app.
