The BIOS flash we are going to do today is for a couple of reasons. Firstly we are using a Ryzen 3 3100 Processor that might not be supported on this board. Also as this was a second hand board there is no easy way to verify what the current BIOS revision is without booting up the system.
Secondly the RAM we are using is the brilliant V-color PRISM Pro RGB 4000mhz which is also likely to run better with a BIOS update, so we have a couple of compelling reason to perform the BIOS update.
