Follow the steps below to wipe your android device and restore it to factory settings:
1. Make sure to back up any music, pictures, or data that is currently on your android phone or tablet
2. Navigate to the Android Settings
3. In the Android Settings select Backup & Reset
4. Select Factory data reset
5. Select RESET PHONE
6. Select ERASE EVERYTHING
7. Your phone will now begin wiping and being restore to factory settings.
