This is what happens when you use completely different playstyles in a single game up in Grand Champion. Myself and a friend went into GC lobbies and tried out this strategy to see how well it would work. Surprisingly, we actually managed to get some wins with it against some of the top 1% of players.

This Rocket League strategy actually has some worth. At first, it just seems like a complete disadvantage and a challenge to win your games with an extra layer of difficulty, but it turns out that it can make your decisions extremely hard to predict from the opponents after you get past that initial phase. Obviously, if you play poorly, you're probably going to lose. But if you play well, it can be just as effective as rotating normally against the right team. I'll definitely continue to use my own normal 2v2 rotation strategy but I'm also going to start implementing some of the ideas I learned from this video into my normal games.
