When your console is trashed, do you throw it out? Not us! This is how we fixed our Atari the "MacGyver Way"
Well, we didn't use a paper clip or even a rope but we did almost use a pen. Instead we went with another unconventional item and while we had it opened we made sure to restore this console to tip top shape.
Soldering, lots of cleaning, isopropyl alcohol, a little JB weld and lots of Mean Green. This Atari is going to look amazing and better than that, it's going to work flawlessly with a little sweat equity. We also did some restorative work on the finish by cleaning up the orange pin strip that frames out the switches on the front.
DONT THROW OUT YOUR CONSOLES! FIX THEM!
